What’s one habit you do almost daily?: Wake up, grab a cuppa joe and meditate and visualize success for the day.

What’s one of your normal routines?: Tell myself one positive thing a day. Helps my mindset.

How long did it take for the above routine to stick? : 42 years

Describe your weight loss journey.: Lost over 100 pounds ... gained about 40 back and now and trending the right way down about 70 but haven’t really been focusing on the scale as much lately.

What’s a skill you developed as a result of working through your weight loss journey?:Mindset matters. Positive reinforcement matters even when you fail. Learn from my mistakes.

What has that skill led to outside of weight loss?: Motivation and positivity stemmed from this weight loss journey indeed.

What have you learned about yourself over the last year or so?: That my 40’s are some of the best years of my life.

What advice would you give to someone working through their weight loss journey?:Don’t be fixated on the scale. Focus on behaviors and mindset ... the numbers will come eventually. Use the scale as a temperature gauge to turn the temps up or down when needed.

What resources would you recommend listeners check out?: Phit and Phat podcast, Gary Vee on any social media, Eric Thomas to motivate you, and read Brene Brown whenever I can.

What are you working on now?: Everything social media while I am working from home.

Is there anywhere else you’d like to point listeners to? Please provide link if possible: I would point themselves to look inward. Take inventory of themselves and their feelings and work on themselves .
