When I walked into the practice almost two years ago, I didn’t think that it was going to drastically change the trajectory of my life. I also wished that I knew what I know now and that is that I deserve a medical team that is going to work with me and not against me.
I no longer look at it as a weight loss journey, it’s a health journey. It’s not about weight loss or gaining muscle, it's having overall health.
Take it one step at a time, focus less on the term weightloss and more of it's a health journey that has benefits not just physically but emotionally and mentally.
As of late I feel as if my time isn’t my own and have not been able to feed my soul in the ways that make me happy.
