It is scary to me because time is one thing you can’t get back. You can’t buy more of it. You can’t slow it down. You literally get to choose how to spend each second of your life, which is exciting and scary all in the same thought.
Most of us crave staying in our own comfort zone. We will spend our whole life procrastinating instead of taking action. If you never go outside of your comfort zone though, you slowly die inside.

I’ve realized that I struggle with my body image the most when I’m not keeping up with my promises to myself.
Set realistic expectations. Things don’t happen quickly and don’t be afraid to ask for help.
I am slowly learning that balance is key in life. We can enjoy special treats or drinks, but it can’t be everyday.
Sometimes others can relate to us better when we have gone through the same experiences and are willing to share.
Consistency is key! If you stop, you will end up right back where you started at. Find those supportive friends and people in your life. They are so important on the hard days.
Things take time. Change doesn’t happen overnight. Find what works for you and stick with it.
Self confidence can never be given to you by someone. It is 100% earned through perseverance, hard work and living a life of zero excuses even when things aren’t convenient.
