Which types of activity, movement and/or workouts do you currently do?: Strength training

Which eating style and/or types of foods do you currently eat?: No gluten or dairy
Meat- lots of steak and chicken
Veggies and fruit
Rice
What advice would/do you give your current self around eating and exercise?: It can take a long time to find what works for you regarding exercising and eating, but it’s so worth it. You deserve to feel good.
What advice would you give someone that's starting/restarting around eating and exercise?: You are so worth it. It’s never easy to start a new routine, but you deserve to be healthy. It’s not selfish to take care of yourself. Find an accountability and get to work.
