What are your interests outside of fitness? : Solving problems I see and can take action on, my pup, chicken sandwiches, Star Wars, Music from the 70's through today.
Which types of activity, movement and/or workouts do you currently do?: Stretching/flexibility at home, cardio + strength at the gym, Outdoor walks and hikes.
Which eating style and/or types of foods do you currently eat?: Cooking most of my meals at home with a handful of restaurant meals a month. I try to get protein at most meals and drink around 100 ounces of water a day.
What advice would/do you give your current self around eating and exercise?: Build your active lifestyle in a way that you'll want to do it for decades.
What advice would you give someone that's starting/restarting around eating and exercise?: same as above
