This gamified app allows you to check off the six foundational Minimum Daily Actions “MDA’s”, along with any other actions we decide on logging as you move through the experience.
I also send messages for you to submit livestream questions, book check-in calls and any other relevant reminders through the app. Currently the app is powered by Trainerize.
Monday through Thursday we’ll have livestreams where topics and questions are provided by you ahead of time. After recording these streams can be listened to as episodes of The YLF Experience Podcast.
You’ll receive daily emails around 4:15 PM EST each day. These short messages highlight one theme or piece of content that’s timely with what’s being discussed in our livestreams. The emails also include a link to my calendar for calls and replying to them comes directly to my inbox that I monitor. I always want to hear from you, so please share your thoughts regularly.
Between the app, livestreams and email replies there isn’t a reason to have regular standing “check-in” calls. However, sometimes the best way to address an obstacle or come up with a strategy is to talk it out on a call. These 15 minute call blocks are first come, first serve.
Applying the context structure of The YLF Experience to the free resources I put out makes them more meaningful.
As of Fall 2024 I currently have seven podcasts, with over 2,000 total episodes reinforcing the YLF message. These are on most major podcast directories.
I’m adding different types of resources to the blog on a regular basis. Everything is categorized by media type “post, video, article, etc.” and tagged by topic “one life, consistency, etc.” and there is a search feature so you can find exactly what you’re looking for.

Consistency over a long period of time is what leads to weight loss and fitness results. Anyone and everyone in the fitness industry tells us to be consistent. They give us programs to do consistently but no one has ever taught us how to be consistent. That’s where the information provided by Your Level Fitness and the context of The YLF Experience come in.
The key to being consistent for life is starting at your level, then building an active lifestyle “how you eat, exercise and navigate life” based on your preferences, willingness and ability. My only goal “Hey there. This is Daryl 💪” is to help you build an active lifestyle you’ll want to stick with for life, while also helping you to build a better relationship with yourself, because how you see yourself drives all of this.
The YLF Experience “launching January 1, 2025” provides a simple, straightforward, individualized foundation that allows you to build your forever active lifestyle. The experience combines the best elements of group coaching, 1-on-1 coaching, project management, content and marketing in an organized format that changes your perspective on fitness and get’s you to a place where you’ll feel confident and content. The funny thing about this is that you’ll end up getting better results than you’ve gotten before. Those results are the byproduct of your consistency, which is now easier because your active lifestyle is based around your prefrences and you’ve improved the relationship with yourself.
