In the start, take body photos. You are absolutely going to hate those photos. Not because there is anything to hate, but this may be the first moment you are real and raw with yourself. This is your starting step. Also, be open/honest about your journey. Make people tired of hearing about it. This will help you be accountable to yourself and to them. Finally, this is a lifelong roller coaster journey. It will have its ups and downs. Highs and lows and even loop de loops. Stay buckled in. Don’t get off the ride just because it isn’t going right! You are worth every effort you are putting!
Consistency is key, just start.
You have to want it. Know that there will be bad days, but don’t let them derail you. Change won’t happen to overnight.
I really feel like I was put on this earth to help others, to motivate others, to make others feel good about themselves.
Wanted to see how far I could go.
The origins of my journey begins with the loss of my father, heartbreak over a lost relationship, a cancer scare and suicide attempt that all took place within about 7 months in 2017.
Life isn’t about a final victory or finish line, it’s about learning how to tackle new challenges constantly with a focus on more wins than losses.
I definitely have the ability to stick to something and follow through and make something of myself.
This is a lifestyle change not just a short term diet so constructing something for the long haul.
