What’s one habit you do almost daily?: Drink at least 60 oz of water/sugar free drinks
What’s one of your normal routines?: Working hard to eat the proteins that I need to get on a daily basis
How long did it take for the above routine to stick? : Very quickly, I need to get it quickly or it could be bad for my health
Describe your weight loss journey.: I've always been heavy, I did lose 92 pounds before, but i fell off the wagon, always felt I got myself into this, i need to try and get out of it, Finally after talking with my Dr and my wife's cousin who had the surgery 3 yrs ago, I decided to have weightless surgery, From start to surgery was a 5-6 month process. I workout (walk, 5K training, repentance bands) at least 1 hour a day, I'm down 104 pounds.
What’s a skill you developed as a result of working through your weight loss journey?: focus and determination
What has that skill led to outside of weight loss?: I have been able to inspire others that they can too lose weight if they put the work in.
What have you learned about yourself over the last year or so?: That i can do it, I have 2 of the rubber bracelets i wear, one says don't give up and other say Keep Pounding
What advice would you give to someone working through their weight loss journey?:Stay in contact with your Dr, make sure what you are doing is healthy for you
