Name: Kevyn Jefferson

What are your interests outside of fitness? : I'm an avid grill king, cooking is therapy in general, reading and great podcasts, music (jazz and r&b festivals), singing and serving in my local church.

Which types of activity, movement and/or workouts do you currently do?: Cardio is my go-to. Just beginning to give sincere focus to strength training. Walk 3-5 days a week.

Which eating style and/or types of foods do you currently eat?: My plan is simple. No drinking my calories! Water/Water enhancers mainly. Lean protein (chicken, fish, beef, very little pork) although nothing like a crisp piece of bacon every now and again!
Incorporate some Green in every meal! Try to limit carby foods!

What advice would/do you give your current self around eating and exercise?: Establish routines and menus that you can sustain and remain satisfied with. Eating nutritious foods help to sustain you longer! Veggies are a must!!!

What advice would you give someone that's starting/restarting around eating and exercise?: Start small. Eliminating caloric drinks is something anyone can do to control empty daily calories.

What development resources do you recommend? "Doesn't have to be fitness related.": YLF podcast (shameless plug) no...but it really has helped with practical solid advice.
