What’s one habit you do almost daily?: Wake up before the sun 
Workout whether it be cardio or weights

What’s one of your normal routines?: Before quarantine it was 4am wake up 5am CrossFIT then get ready for work. But I’ve learned to adapt with the times.

How long did it take for the above routine to stick? : The habit of stick to a clean eating and being active almost stuck of the bat because I didn’t do anything drastic that would be a strain on my mobility or happiness. I found these routines and have slowly managed and grown over the years.

Describe your weight loss journey.: Plain and simple just simple consistency almost doing the same thing and eating the same things daily. I’ve since learned balance with foods and have gone from walking my neighborhood in the beginning to doing CrossFit and body building workouts. I’ve lost 280 and kept it off for the last 3 years.

What’s a skill you developed as a result of working through your weight loss journey?:Gratitude just not taking a day or any physical task for granted.

What has that skill led to outside of weight loss?: Waking up everyday with a different and stronger mindset daily.

What have you learned about yourself over the last year or so?: A lot has changed and this is a lifestyle change not just a short term diet so constructing something for the long haul.

What advice would you give to someone working through their weight loss journey?:BELIEVE IN YOURSELF and START TODAY

What resources would you recommend listeners check out?: Plenty of resources on Instagram of plain and simple people who did it.

What are you working on now?: Finding a career
