My Exercise Consistency Since 2021

Below you’ll my monthly workout counts for each month going back to when I first got my Apple Watch towards the end of January in 2021. You’ll notice fluctuations throughout but on average I’ve done 53.5 workouts a month since I started tracking. That’s the story of long-term consistency.
