Hey there. This morning, I had to "put my body together." Managing what CP does “or tries to do 😎” to my body can feel like a fight some days, but I’ve learned that finding balance between easing up and pushing forward is key. At the moment, this means shorter walks, consistent treatment, and adapting my workout plan when needed.
Over time, I’ve realized that success isn’t about hitting every target, it’s about showing up and adapting as needed. Remember, your journey is about the long game, not the short-term wins. Be proud of what you’re doing, even on the tough days.
