The thing that’s easy to forget is that whatever actions you have taken in the past have put you where you are in this very moment.
Two days in and I’ve already tweaked the structure of these daily blogs. Thank you for following along. 🙂
Fitness should be about adding to your life, rather than subtracting. So, avoid the all-or-nothing approach. The most important thing for your fitness, nutrition and health is balance and moderation. It is not about eating perfectly all the time or never missing a workout.
Real success comes when you have more energy, improve your performance, and feel more confident in yourself. Ignore the numbers and focus on how you feel or what you are doing Weight and size are poor indicators of health and athleticism.

Frank named his blog Lighten Up not just because it’s about losing weight, but also because it’s about being good to yourself. Celebrating your choice to do something nice for yourself. Learning that you can still love food and get joy from eating it. And even if you trip, stumble and fall… you dust yourself off and keep going on the journey.
There are stages of a weight loss journey that seem so hard, so long and some days you will absolutely feel like you're digging your way to the top. There are just as many days that you feel like you're already on top. Like there is nothing that can stop you or that you cannot overcome.
