Today a group of us celebrated my buddy Jack’s 40th birthday. This meant spending quality time with quality people…and lots of tasty food.
Workout wise, I walked on the treadmill at the gym since it was too humid outside. I also did today’s yoga workout in the DDPY chair program I’m doing.
I’m looking forward to seeing friends again tomorrow, while still crushing my daily goals.
