Don't forget how far you have come, celebrate even small victories. Make sure you have a reason for your health overall, not just the number on the scale. Do not let anyone else's journey be a scale to measure your own journey against - inspiration not competition.

In the start, take body photos. You are absolutely going to hate those photos. Not because there is anything to hate, but this may be the first moment you are real and raw with yourself. This is your starting step. Also, be open/honest about your journey. Make people tired of hearing about it. This will help you be accountable to yourself and to them. Finally, this is a lifelong roller coaster journey. It will have its ups and downs. Highs and lows and even loop de loops. Stay buckled in. Don’t get off the ride just because it isn’t going right! You are worth every effort you are putting!

Consistency. Even though you may fail in the morning make a commitment to start over that afternoon. If you need to start over time and time again at least your still trying. Also to listen to you body by taking cues on how you feel. If you starving 9 times out of 10 you dehydrated etc
