Daryl Level Fitness is the documentation of my active lifestyle on a day to-day basis. My personal fitness goals are changing although my philosophy is staying the same.At 40 years old I recently threw my back out. This forced me to evaluate where my focus needs to be when it comes comes to this stuff. Having Cerebral Palsy, my main priority is to be independent and strong, enjoying life on my terms.
My life has completely changed over the last year in all areas. As I build for the future, I want to document everything for my own benefit while also knowing that my story has and will continue to help others. The nice thing about sharing in this way is that there will be changes in my own perspective as time goes on.
I’m choosing to do this on the YLF blog instead of social media because I want everything organized in one place. What’s popular on social media now won’t be in six months. Sharing everything here makes it uniform, digestible & searchable. Thank you for checking out my story. Let’s get after it!
