What’s one habit you do almost daily?:
Drink my water! Its essential to keeping inflammation down in my body! And journaling 3 times a week to let out any negative energy.
Tell us about one of your routines:
Wake up, take thyroid med, walk the dogs, shower. Drink 16oz or water before breakfast!
How long did it take for the almost daily action and the above routine to stick? :
18 months! I'm a slower learner 🤷♀️
What’s a skill (or skills) you’ve developed as a result of working through your weight loss journey?:
Speaking kindly to myself and giving myself grace on the days I don't check off every box!
What has that skill lead to outside of weight loss?:
Overall a more positive attitude towards my lifestyle
What have you learned about yourself over the last year or so?:
I am stronger than I give myself credit for
What advice would you give to anyone that has restarted their weight loss journey within the last few months?:
Start small, take it one meal at a time if you have to. Don't try to incorporate everything at once. Build small habits.

Instagram. Find your tribe and connect with others so you feel supported. Especially if you don't have close friends or family around you.
What are you working on now?:
Learning to let go of what I thought my life would be like by now.
