What’s one habit you do almost daily?:coffee? Ha ha ha! And meal plan
What’s on of your normal routines?: Coffee (I wasn't kidding) vitamins, black coffee, commute work, commute, dinner, gym, sleep - a pretty typical day pre quarantine . Gym or libemwnt is at least 5x a week. So.etimes a walk is all I can fit in.
How long did it take for the above routine to stick? : I would say a full year - I had to find my balance and what worked for me
Describe your weight loss journey.: I started at 412lbs . Started like every other Monday. But I think the change in focus was what helped. I started with just trying to figure out the foods that made me feel good.
What’s a skill you developed as a result of working through your weight loss journey?: Mindfulness for sure, aware of my eating disorder, meal prepping is key! , eat the foods that make u feel good- moves away from a quick fix to a lifestyle
What has that skill lead to outside of weight loss?: happier, removed negative people from my life and finally feel like me
What have you learned about yourself over the last year or so?: I am worthy!
What advice would you give to anyone working through their weight loss journey?:To stop looking for a quick fix. Take the time to figure out what you need and what you don't.

What are you working on now?: I’m continuing to just work on me, still have some weight loss goals, I need to keep moving for not o ly my physical health but my mental health
