What’s one habit you do almost daily?:Drinking 100+ ounces of water.

What’s one of your normal routines?: A mental health walk.

How long did it take for the above routine to stick? : About a week.

Describe your weight loss journey.: A lifetime of trying and eventual failure. A few years ago I found keto and had massive success for about a year. At that I was looking for answers. Then the real work began.

What’s a skill you developed as a result of working through your weight loss journey?:The ability to identify an issue and be honest with myself about why it’s there and why I’m struggling with it.

What has that skill led to outside of weight loss?: The desire to show others there is hope.

What have you learned about yourself over the last year or so?: That my soul enjoys being liberated from constraints.

What advice would you give to someone working through their weight loss journey?: Be willing to change and be ready for a long period of self discovery.
