Be your own strongest advocate. If you think something isn’t working or wrong don’t take no for an answer. You know your body best. Also it’s okay to take it slowly. Doing all the changes at once can lead to injury or failure. Break it off into small bits of change instead of changing all your habits and patterns at once for a better chance of success.
Allow yourself grace and space. Grace to not always get it right and to forgive yourself if you don't do everything perfectly. Space to acknowledge that this journey is not a race, it is a marathon that you must carve out your on pace and rhythm.
The faster you rush through the weight loss process, the less prepared you’ll be to maintain your progress.
