The fitness industry has a reputation as a “tell you” industry. Let’s try something different.
Whichever eating and exercise program you choose (or build 😉), it has to fit into your busy life. Most people will always try to cram their life into a diet…don’t do that.
Taking progress photos, measuring your waist "our wherever you carry the most extra weight" and getting on the scale once a month gives you a pretty good idea of how you're progressing on any fitness program.
What is it that keeps you from reaching your fitness goals and maintaining them?
Anyone trying to get healthy, stronger or lose weight knows what they want to do and has a pretty good idea about how to do it...why’s it so difficult then, to do something that seems so simple?
