Never give up. This journey is not linear. Bad moments will happen. The best thing we can do is try not to let them compound to make bad days.
Don’t try to do it all at once… that’s a fast track to failure. But also, don’t be scared to fail!! The most successful people had to learn how to fail, first. Fail forward! Learn. Adapt. Grow. And make time for things that make you happy. Life is way too short.

Trust the process. If what you are currently doing isn’t exciting you or making you want to continue then find something that does.
Love yourself all the way through at every single stage of weight loss and not only when you get to your “goal” because once you get there it still won’t be good enough.
The most effective thing for me in being successful is creating the habit of meal prepping and being on a routine with exercise.
Focus on yourself. Learn from others and find community where you’re comfortable. I found mine on IG, which was not expected but am so thankful for.
You have to want it. Know that there will be bad days, but don’t let them derail you. Change won’t happen to overnight.
