You can get to a place where your eating and exercise plan is almost automatic. The next level is when you’re emotionally even on both the days you workout as well as the days you don’t.
The origins of my journey begins with the loss of my father, heartbreak over a lost relationship, a cancer scare and suicide attempt that all took place within about 7 months in 2017.
My weight loss journey has been overcoming my binge eating disorder and chronic illnesses.
The longer you focus on the scale number as the goal, the longer you’ll be in your own weight loss prison.
I tried pretty much every popular diet between 1996 (I was a teenager) & 2012. I got sick of following rigid programs and started building my own active lifestyle by taking the components I liked from what I had tried, along with other things centered around my preferences.
Dig deep into the why’s behind your habits. We all carry many limiting beliefs and if you don’t get to the core of them, you’ll repeat the patterns that got you to an unhealthy weight once you reach your goal (ask me how I know )
