How to Actually Use What You Learned at Summit

Hey there. If you just came back from the Beachbody Summit, I want to hear from you. Whether it was your first time or you're a returning coach, you probably left with energy, excitement, and a notebook full of ideas. But now that you're home, it's time to figure out what you're going to do with it all.

See, this happens after most conferences. You get fired up. You’re full of motivation. Then… life kicks in. That spark fades. And before long, you’re back into the daily grind, no real changes made. I don’t want that to happen to you.

You probably heard a lot at Summit about taking action. That advice is solid, but I want to go deeper. I want to help you apply what you learned in a way that helps you stand out in a crowded coaching space.

Start by documenting your day. I’m talking real, everyday stuff. Your water intake. Your workouts. The quiet moments before your coffee kicks in. The little victories and even the struggles. You don’t have to create fancy content. Just share your story.

Gary Vaynerchuk talks about this a lot. “Document, don’t create.” When it comes to fitness coaching, people aren’t just buying a product. They’re choosing a person. That’s you. They want to connect with someone who’s real, not someone constantly pitching.

So think of your content like a daily vlog. Use Instagram Stories. Record longer thoughts for Instagram TV. Try podcasting. I use Anchor to record episodes right from my phone. There’s no shortage of tools out there. What matters most is consistency and authenticity.

There are a lot of Beachbody coaches. That’s not a bad thing, but it does mean you have to find your voice. You have to lead with your story, not just your product. Product coaches can be successful, but branding yourself as a helpful, relatable guide is how you build long-term trust.

So if you came back from Summit, full of ideas and ready to level up, take time to turn that information into daily action. Track what you’re doing. Share your story. Keep showing up.

If you’re ready to really stand out in the fitness space and want support while you build your brand and help others, I’d love to help you do that inside The YLF Experience. Let’s make your ideas stick.
