This morning I started group chat for local friends to organize walks. I love walking this time of year as the temperature starts to get cooler. My gym workout was lower body strength, followed by a cool-down walk on the treadmill. I also walked outside after the gym.
Breakfast was coconut, pecan, chocolate chip waffles. For lunch I had grilled turkey burritos with an avocado. My mom made meatloaf for dinner. I rounded out today’s food with a chocolate chip cookie sandwich from a local bakery.
I had a productive session at therapy today - we dug into my childhood.
