After a rough night pain wise I bounced back today with two walks - one standard 1.5 miler and one that was just over two. I also worked back and triceps at the gym today. I was crunched for time with that one, so I shortened my rest periods during sets.
Food was protein waffles for breakfast, my first attempt at a grilled burrito for lunch and my standard pasta pot for one for dinner.
There were a couple requests to share my day-to-day with CP and how it impacts both my active lifestyle and quality of life. I think I’ll try to open up about it more. The joint and muscle pain from yesterday was much calmer today…around 3/10, down from 8.5 yesterday.
