“i have struggled with weight loss for a long time. Started many of times but always gave up and quit. January 2019 I told myself this is it. I wanted to give myself a year and really stick to making better choices with eating and working out. After a year and a half i lost close to 70 pounds and i am getting weight loss surgery in November. It has not been easy at all. A lot of ups and downs throughout this time.”
Tiffany is a kettlebell sport athlete that working out should not be a chore you dread. exercise should be a release and something you can look forward to and incorporate into your life with joy…not misery.
