For all the good things going on, I’m probably only in a positive mindset 70-80% of the time. You NEED to know, that nobody is always positive.
Like fitness, being a positivity ninja isn’t about perfection “in this case with your mindset”. It’s about situational awareness. How soon can you realize your head’s in a bad place & change course. Also, this is another part of life where your success rate has nothing to do with anyone else’s.
If you’ve been down on yourself for years, then a single body positive thought is progress. If you’re 20% positive right now, being 30% next week is a big jump. No matter how much work you think you have to do with your own mindset, you’re already helping others get into a better place.
