How to Enter:

1. Download the YLF30 Calendar – Track the six minimum daily actions to the best of your ability throughout the month of October. Note: You must begin tracking by October 15th to qualify. Download the Calendar here.

2. Subscribe to The Almost Daily Email – Subscribing is required to receive access to the calendar submission survey. The survey link will be sent via email on November 1st around 2:30 PM EST. Subscribe to The Almost Daily Email here.

3. Submit Your October Calendar – Submit your final tracking calendar for October via the submission survey by November 3rd at 11:59 PM EST.

Prize:

• One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card to ShopYLF.com.

Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be randomly selected on November 5th around noon EST and notified via email and Instagram direct message by Daryl Perry.

• Participants must provide valid contact information, including email and Instagram handle, for notification purposes.
