Hey there. If you’re brand new to Your Level Fitness or just getting back into this message, I want you to know that this is where you start. This is not about telling you to overhaul your life or push yourself harder. It’s about helping you reconnect with yourself and build something real. The inside/out approach means starting with who you are and living outward from there.
You don’t have to change your entire routine. You don’t need to become someone else. You simply need to start seeing yourself differently. Your body, as it is right now, is enough. You are enough. And when you believe that, everything you do to support your health feels different. It’s no longer about punishment or perfection. It’s about living a life that actually works for you.
I’ve created self-paced resources because I want you to build your lifestyle on your terms. You’ll see blog posts, videos, podcast episodes, and a daily email that are all here to help you reinforce this message. Not once a week. Not when motivation hits. Every single day. Because everything else you’re seeing online is likely telling you that you are not enough and that needs to change.
I know how overwhelming social media can be. One minute you’re inspired, the next minute you’re comparing yourself and wondering why nothing feels right. That’s why I’ve tried to organize everything I put out. If you search “Your Level Fitness” or “Daryl Perry” on your favorite platform, you’ll find something grounded in this message. You’ll find a way back to who you are.
You don’t need to spend hours consuming content. A few minutes a day is all it takes to remind yourself of what matters. And if you want help building structure around this, you can always check out the coaching options I offer. The tools I use with clients are the same ones I make available to everyone. Because this is bigger than just one-on-one support. This is about changing the way we all see fitness.
You can create your own plan. You can build a forever active lifestyle that supports you. And if the message I’m sharing helps you feel seen and understood, I hope you’ll use these resources and share them with others.
If you want more guidance and support while building your own plan, join one of the YLF programs. I’d love to work with you.
