My Role in Your Weight Loss Journey

Hey there. You can’t scroll through social media without running into a coach or trainer trying to sell you something. That’s not what I’m here to do. My goal is simple—I want you to focus on what you’re doing right, be patient with yourself, and stay consistent. That’s it.

I’ve put my entire framework for goal setting and progress tracking out there for anyone to use. It’s the same system I use with my clients, and it’s designed to help you move beyond general thoughts like, “I’m doing really bad” or “I’m doing really good.” Instead, it helps you create specific, measurable goals that show you exactly where you’re making progress and where you need adjustments.

Who I Can Help

Not everyone needs direct coaching, and that’s okay. Depending on where you are in your journey, you can use my framework in different ways.

  1. You’re already putting in the work. You exercise regularly, follow your eating plan, and are seeing results. But maybe you get in your head about the scale not moving fast enough. For you, the framework provides context so you can focus on consistent effort instead of stressing over daily fluctuations. You don’t need to work with me directly—just take the tools I’ve put out and apply them.

  2. You’re consistent but need a little help staying patient. You’re following the framework, but you still struggle with doubt. In this case, shoot me a message. I’m happy to answer questions and help you figure out how to put things into perspective. Sometimes a little outside guidance is all you need to stay on track.

  3. You’re trying to use the framework, but something isn’t sticking. You’re doing the work, setting goals, and tracking progress, but it still feels like something is missing. If we’re having ongoing conversations about your struggles, it might be time to consider one-on-one coaching. My clients get top priority, with direct access to me for regular check-ins and support.

  4. You’re completely frustrated and want to get this right once and for all. If you’ve been through countless programs and feel like nothing works, I can help. This usually means we need to build an eating plan around your preferences and create workouts that fit your lifestyle. This level of support requires one-on-one coaching, and I make sure my clients get everything they need to reach their goals and maintain them for life.
