How Podcasting Helped Me Build Consistency

Hey there. This is the 30th episode of the podcast, and I just want to take a moment to say thank you. Whether you’ve been here since episode one or you’re just tuning in, I appreciate you being part of this journey. When I started, my goal was simple—just to show up consistently and share my thoughts. And that’s exactly what this podcast is becoming.

Most of what I talk about here is fitness, but I also want to mix in other topics. Branding, marketing, Star Wars, and anything else that interests me. More importantly, I want this to be a space where we can have conversations about whatever is on your mind. Eventually, I’ll start bringing guests on, but for now, I’m focused on getting into a steady rhythm and making podcasting part of my daily routine.

One of the things I’ve been thinking about a lot is the shift toward voice content. If you’re part of the Vayner Nation, you know Gary Vaynerchuk has been pushing this for a while. There aren’t a lot of people podcasting yet, and platforms like Anchor make it incredibly easy to start. You don’t need fancy equipment. I literally record in my car because it’s the most soundproof space I have.

So here’s my challenge to you—if you’ve ever thought about starting a podcast, just do it. Talk about what you love, share your experiences, and put your thoughts out there. You never know where it might lead.

For me, this is a long-term project. Years from now, I’ll be able to look back at these episodes and see how things have evolved. That’s the cool thing about putting content out—it creates a timeline of your thoughts, your growth, and your experiences.
