You Are a Positivity Ninja

Hey there. Last night on Instagram, I started something I’ve been thinking about for a while. I created a story highlight called “Ninjas” where I’ve been tagging accounts that bring real, everyday positivity into the fitness and weight loss space. I know the word “inspired” gets overused, especially in this community, but that’s really what these folks have done for me.

These are people who keep showing up. People who are working hard, supporting themselves and others, and doing their best no matter what. That’s what makes someone a Positivity Ninja. It’s not about being upbeat 100 percent of the time. It’s about showing up, doing the work, and lifting others when you can.

If you weren’t on that first list I posted, it doesn’t mean you’re not a Ninja. It just means I either haven’t had the chance to tag you yet, I forgot in the moment, or maybe I wasn’t sure how you’d feel about it. But if you’re someone who tries, who supports, who shows up, then you’re absolutely a Ninja in my book.

This isn’t just about shoutouts or feel-good moments. It’s about giving you a place to go when you’re having a rough day. A reminder that there are people out there doing the same work you are, with the same struggles and doubts, but they keep going. And you can too.

So go check it out. Head over to @YourLevelFitness on Instagram and tap the “Ninjas” highlight. Follow those accounts. And if someone resonates with you, shoot them a message. Let them know you appreciate what they’re doing. You never know when that one message could help someone keep going.

And if you’re reading this and thinking “I want to be a Ninja,” you already are. You’re showing up. You’re trying. That’s what it takes.
