The Your Level Fitness Framework for Lasting Results

Hey there. When it comes to fitness and weight loss, most people focus on the things they can’t control—the number on the scale, how fast progress happens, or how other people seem to be achieving results. But real, lasting success comes from shifting your focus to what you can control. That’s exactly what the Your Level Fitness Framework is designed to help you do.

Start With One Area

The key to this framework is habit development. Instead of trying to change everything at once, you start with one area—something you know you need to improve. Then, you set a minimum daily action in that area.

The trick is to make this goal so easy that you will always exceed it. For example, if you’ve been working out for 45 minutes most days, set a minimum goal of 20 minutes. If you don’t hit that, you’d probably feel like you let yourself down, because you know you can do more.

By consistently exceeding your goal, you start to feel in control of the process, which builds confidence and momentum.

Tie It to a Weekly Goal

Once you have your minimum daily action, you connect it to a weekly goal. This gives you flexibility while still keeping you accountable. Aim to exceed your minimum at least four days a week.

But here’s the magic—if you hit your goal five, six, or seven times a week, you feel even better. You’re in bonus mode, and that’s where motivation starts to build naturally.

Focus on One Thing at a Time

Stick with your habit for two to four weeks before adding or adjusting anything. When you’re consistently hitting your minimums and weekly goals, then you move on to the next area.

Over time, you’ll have four to six solid habits that support your long-term success. Instead of feeling lost in a complicated routine, you always know exactly where you are in the process.

Track Progress Monthly

Once a month, do a progress session by tracking:
✔️ Progress photos
✔️ Waist measurement
✔️ Scale weight

Each of these tells a story. The scale alone doesn’t give the full picture, so having multiple ways to measure progress keeps you focused on the bigger picture.
