The Message Doesn’t Change

Hey there. I say the same things over and over again. Maybe in slightly different ways, maybe with a new spin, but at the core, my message is always the same. And there’s a reason for that.

The fitness industry is constantly cycling through new trends, new diets, and new workouts, but the truth never changes. Losing weight and improving your fitness comes down to three things—putting in the work, staying consistent, and tracking your progress. That’s it.

It’s been this way forever. Before social media, it was magazines and books. Now it’s Instagram posts and viral videos. Every time you scroll, you’ll see someone telling you what you should be eating or how you should be training. The message looks new, but it’s just the same principles dressed up in a fresh way.

That’s why I stick to my framework. When you see a flashy post telling you to eat this instead of that, or to do one workout over another, I want you to have a foundation to filter that information. Without that, it’s easy to jump from one trend to the next, hoping something magically works.

If you want a solid foundation for building your own fitness plan, go back to the basics. Two books that have been around for over a decade—Eat This, Not That and The Big Book of Exercises—break things down in a way that’s just as relevant today as when they were first published. They show you how to make choices without all the hype and give you actual tools to build your plan.

So why do I keep repeating my message? Because I know it takes time for something to click. You might hear the same advice ten times before it finally resonates in a way that moves you to action. My goal isn’t to throw out the latest trend. It’s to keep presenting the tried-and-true methods in a way that makes sense for you.

At some point, you’ll hear the message at the right time, in the right way, and it will make everything clear. That’s when you’ll stop searching for quick fixes and start building something sustainable.

So here’s my question—if my core message hasn’t clicked for you yet, what would make it stick? What do you need to hear? Let me know, because I want to make sure you’re getting what you need to take action.
