Hey there. One of the biggest mindset shifts I’ve made over the years is understanding that you’ll get there. Whatever “there” is for you—weight loss, building a business, living a more intentional life—it’s just a matter of when, not if. That mindset didn’t come from reading more books or consuming more content. It came from finally taking consistent action.
I used to think that if I just read one more article or listened to one more podcast, I’d have the magic solution. But eventually I realized that the solution was already in front of me. It was me showing up every day, doing the work, adjusting when necessary, and not quitting.
When I talk to people about weight loss or building a personal brand or even starting a coaching business, I hear a lot of “I want to…” and “I’m going to…” But what separates the talkers from the doers is that one group eventually moves. They stop researching and start doing. And once you start, that’s when the magic happens.
You make mistakes, you course correct, you keep going. You learn more from execution than you ever could from theory. It doesn’t have to be perfect. In fact, it won’t be. You’re going to change, evolve, adapt… but only if you start.
