How to Keep Results

The long-term conversation matters most.

Is GLP-1 a temporary tool or something you stay on long term? That’s a decision you make with your doctor. There isn’t one answer for everyone.

What matters is what you build alongside it.

Maintaining results without white-knuckling habits comes from gradual change. While you’re on the medication, you have a window to introduce structure without the same mental resistance.

There’s also a gap between clinical success and real life. Just because something works in a controlled setting doesn’t mean it fits your life.

You have to look at your own history. What has worked? What have you actually enjoyed doing? Those are the things that last.

At the end of the day, you are the expert of your life. No one can tell you how to make this fit better than you can.
