Body Changes During and After GLP-1

Some of the most important parts of GLP-1 aren’t talked about enough.

Fatigue and low energy are common. You may need time to adjust. Start small. Gradually rebuild your activity. Your energy can improve as your body adapts.

Hair loss and nutrient deficiencies can happen when intake drops. This is where paying attention matters. Hydration, vitamins, minerals, and overall intake need to stay consistent. Talk to your doctor if needed.

Body composition changes are another piece. Strength training matters, not just for how you look, but for how you function long term. A balanced routine with strength, cardio, and mobility supports your quality of life.

Hydration can also become an issue. If thirst cues are lower, you need structure. Start early in the day. Build habits around meals. Don’t wait until you feel thirsty.

This is about taking care of your body while it’s changing, not after.
