Members receive access to client live streams where we reinforce key ideas such as maintaining a calm headspace, moving at a deliberate pace, and trusting the process as you build your forever active lifestyle.

The community level is designed for people who want accountability through shared learning and ongoing discussion.

Group

Group coaching builds on the community experience by adding structure and personalized guidance.

Members receive an onboarding call with Daryl to set expectations, establish habits, and begin tracking progress inside the Your Level Fitness app.

The group environment allows members to apply the YLF framework while receiving guidance and accountability as they work toward their goals.

YLF Experience

The YLF Experience is a hybrid coaching program for individuals who want deeper access to coaching while still benefiting from the structure of the community and group environment.

In addition to everything included in the previous levels, members can schedule additional coaching calls with Daryl when needed based on calendar availability.

This level is ideal for people who want ongoing guidance and the ability to talk through challenges as they arise.
