Fitness Should Support Your Life

Fitness matters. Movement matters. Nutrition matters. Taking care of your health matters. However, fitness is not your entire life.

A lot of people in the health and fitness space build their entire identity around workouts, body weight, routines, tracking and optimization. Eventually, everything starts revolving around calories, macros, steps, workout performance, and appearance.

That is exhausting.

At some point, we have to ask ourselves:
What are we doing with the other 22 hours of the day?

Fitness is more enjoyable and sustanable when the focus is improving your quality of life, not consuming your life entirely.

Fitness can support:

  • relationships

  • creativity

  • hobbies

  • confidence

  • mobility

  • longevity

  • emotional well-being

  • everyday life

Please use it as a life enhancer, not a distraction from your life.

The healthiest relationship with fitness is not obsession. It is integration. This is how you build and live your forever active lifestyle.
