Hey there. No matter what plan you're following, if it's working for you, I am genuinely happy for you. Seriously. If you're seeing progress and you're excited about what’s happening, that's what matters.
I have a pretty clear idea of what I think is the best way to lose weight, keep it off, and actually enjoy the process. But that doesn't mean it's the only way. There are so many different approaches—calorie counting, Weight Watchers, keto, paleo, intermittent fasting—and if you’ve found something that fits into your life and you can stick with it, I am 100% on board.
The reason I get so excited when someone finds success with a weight loss plan isn’t just because they’re losing weight. It’s because I know what it feels like to finally start seeing results after trying so many different things. I know the frustration of wanting progress right now and the temptation to jump from one plan to another, hoping the next one will be the one.
If you’re following a plan and it’s working, awesome. If you’ve been on a plan for over two years, enjoying it, and still maintaining results, even better. That’s the real goal—not just losing weight but finding a way to sustain it long-term.
One thing that always makes me laugh is when people message me saying, You’re going to be mad, but I started following this plan again. Let me be clear—I’m never mad about someone making choices that work for them. My only concern is helping you build a lifestyle that lasts.
I also get that diet culture is hard to shake. We’ve all been conditioned to look for quick fixes and to believe that losing weight as fast as possible is the goal. It took me years to break out of that mindset, and I still catch myself slipping back into it sometimes. That’s why I try to help people shift their focus from just weight loss to long-term consistency.
So whatever you're doing, if it’s getting you results and making you feel good about your progress, I support it. My goal is simply to help you stay consistent, make adjustments when needed, and avoid the burnout that comes from restrictive dieting.
