Where’s the best place for listeners to connect with you?: Instagram @iamtoosexymovement

Describe your weight loss journey.: Oh man. Simply put I was always the fat kid. As a young adult I did a lot of yo-yo dieting because that’s what my parents did (and well I think they still do). Years ago I started a meetup support group called I’m Too Sexy For This Fat which stemmed into Bootcamp and then into instructing bootcamps, owning a fitness studio, organizing 5ks, and ultimately falling in love with what my fat(curvy) body was capable of. Thru it all I not only didI learn about nutrition and fueling my body but I fell in love with it and what it was capable of…my journey has given me the mental strength and confidence to conquer this life!

What’s a skill you developed as a result of working through your weight loss process?: Running! And mental toughness as a whole.

What has that skill led to outside of weight loss?: Conquering all my life problems! Haha. But really.
It’s given me curves, confidence(aka sexy), resiliency, it’s helped me be proud of myself, and it’s been an awesome stress reliever!

What advice would you give to someone working through their weight loss journey?: There’s so much here but if today I’d have to pick just one it’d be community. Find yourself GOOD like minded people!

What's something most people don't know about you that has nothing to do with weight loss?: I laugh way too much(and often at inoppurtune times), make up words(clearly evident), I love sour patch kids, a natural blonde(been a red head for 17 yrs)!!
