At Your Level Fitness, LLC we believe in the impact of our coaching. If our service does not meet your expectations we will make it right.
Standard Guarantee
Every coaching program purchase is protected for a minimum of thirty days from the date you sign up.
If you cancel within those first thirty days we will refund all payments we have processed for you.
Extended Protection
If you have been with us longer than thirty days you may still request a refund.
In that case we will return your last processed payment.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to Daryl Perry at daryl@yourlevelfitness.com.
Include a clear statement that you are not satisfied with the level of service and would like your money back.
Use the same email address you used to enroll so we can locate your account quickly.
Important Details
This guarantee is effective for all programs sold on or after June 24, 2025.
Only Daryl Perry, owner of Your Level Fitness, may authorize and issue refunds.
Daryl may choose to offer refunds under different terms when he believes it is in the best interest of the client and the company.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days, though bank processing times may vary by location.
This guarantee applies to clients worldwide while remaining subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
