Lifted first thing thing this morning. Today it was upper body high reps. I also did 100 floors on the stairclimber this afternoon.
I started tracking my food in the Ate app today. The highlights of today’s menu was the leftover chicken pasta I had for lunch and the bacon, blueberry Kodiak Cake waffles I had after dinner.
I’m breaking in my latest pair of Brooks Revel shoes - those were worn during my lifting workout. They should be good for walks and runs next week.
