What are your interests outside of fitness? : Plaaaaaaaaaants, reading (specifically mystery/murder, and WWII or other time period pieces), Golden Girls, cross stitching, painting, calligraphy, Harry Potter, learning.

Which types of activity, movement and/or workouts do you currently do?: Weight lifting, walking, running

Which eating style and/or types of foods do you currently eat?: I’ll list what I don’t bc that easier.
Sausage, yogurt, jello, pudding, tapioca, sea food.

What advice would/do you give your current self around eating and exercise?: How much I eat or exercise doesn’t make me better or worse of a human.

What advice would you give someone that's starting/restarting around eating and exercise?: There’s no inherent moral value on food or exercising.
