Describe your weight loss journey.: My weight loss journey started 5 years ago, it’s been an up and down roller coaster with getting the right mindset and tools to be successful at losing weight, and with tons of failed experiences and wins in my journey I finally figured out the right way to lose weight. It’s been mostly a mental struggle.

What’s a skill you developed as a result of working through your weight loss process?: 1.counting macros
2. Learning how to lift weights
3. Knowing how to help others
4. I am much stronger mentally and physically

What has that skill led to outside of weight loss?: Having an amazing career that is taking off and being able to help others with the same things I struggled with

What advice would you give to someone working through their weight loss journey?: To love yourself all the way through at every single stage of weight loss and not only when you get to your “goal” because once you get there it still won’t be good enough.

What's something most people don't know about you that has nothing to do with weight loss?: I am extremely introverted, most people think the exact opposite lol
