What’s one habit you do almost daily?: Cognitive behavioral therapy - I practice reshaping my emotions and thoughts

Tell us about one of your routines: Since quarantine, things have changed, My morning I usually spend with myself and then I cook/ prep and try and plan for the next day or so some things for myself like going for a walk or getting in some sort of physical activity.

How long did it take for the almost daily action and the above routine to stick? :MONTHS. A long time to develop better habits and a better mind centered with an “I can” attitude

What skills have you developed as a result of working through your weight loss journey?: Talking myself down. Being able to change my course due to refocusing my goals. Losing weight....

What has that skill lead to outside of weight loss?: Better mental health! Being more resilient

What have you learned about yourself over the last year or so?: I am so much more capable then I ever thought I was

What advice would you give anyone that’s working through their weight loss journey?: Don’t ever give up. You so much more capable then you think and you can do it and it’s ok to try 200 times.

What are you working on now?: I want to finally get to 50 lbs. I want to focus on less carbs in my diet. I want to become more disciplined in the gym.
