You're doing better than you think

Incremental progress doesn’t show up every day. Many times you’ll feel like you’re stuck for months, working towards things you think you “should” be further along on.

Thing is, we’re all managing our own life and our experience is unique and can’t be replicated 100% by anyone else. So why do we feel like we should be as far along “or further” than someone else? It’s actually a distraction from what we should try to do. Work through our process, collect data/feedback on how we’re doing and make necessary adjustments without judgment. This is really hard to do and it’s easy for us to fall back into the comparison trap but we have to remember that consistency over time will get us exactly where we need to be. Keep swimming 🐟
