Hey there. Resilience is one of those things we often don’t recognize in ourselves, but it’s always there. When I look at people’s lives, I see so much resilience.
You’ve likely adapted to life’s challenges, figured things out on the fly, and pushed through when things didn’t go according to plan. That’s resilience, and it’s part of who you are.
