I really enjoy stand up comedy as well.
Which types of activity, movement and/or workouts do you currently do?: Brazilian jiu-jitsu 3-5x a week.
Strength training 2-3x a week.
Which eating style and/or types of foods do you currently eat?: Donuts...
I manage calories and prioritize protein on a consistent basis with regular indulgences of my favorite foods.
What advice would/do you give your current self around eating and exercise?: Act accordingly to the things that are most important to you. This applies to any situation. The most important thing could be enjoying a moment without thinking about calories, or it could be to achieve a specific physical goal which requires more control.
What advice would you give someone that's starting/restarting around eating and exercise?: Start small. Take it slow. Focus on habits and routines. And always work on your mindset / mental health.
What development resources do you recommend? "Doesn't have to be fitness related.": YLF is a safe bet.

Mark Bells Power Project podcast is a great one. They / it can be intimidating, but they have great actionable things that can help anyone and generally give good advice in the same tone as what I offer myself.
